Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control may occur.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Little Maker Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at info@orivento.co with your order number. We'll investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Split Shipments If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
